Level One
Level One of Reiki is about exploring what Reiki / universal life force energy / is, and we'll dive into the history and modern application of this beautiful Japanese healing modality and art.
The primary focus of level I is to learn some of the history, key symbols of reiki, and to understand and apply self-reiki placements and practices.
